NEW HAMPSHIRE PROSPECTS ADD EXPERIENCED HITTING COORDINATOR TO STAFF

The New Hampshire Prospects Baseball Club is proud to announce Rick Aldrich as the Program’s Hitting Coordinator.

Rick grew up in Salem New Hampshire where he played 3 years of Varsity Baseball at Salem High School and was named Captain in his Senior year.  He went on to a fantastic college career at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) where he played Varsity Baseball all four years, once again captaining the team as a senior

While at RPI, Rick earned a number of accolades and awards including 2-time NY State All Region Team, All Upstate NY College Division, All NY State College Division, 2-Time NYSCBCA All State Team, All ECAC, Empire Athletic Association All Star, 2-Time NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team, and the RPI Baseball .400 Club (.407 full season batting average)

After college Rick continued playing baseball competitively when he joined the Lowell Braves in the Eastern Mass League where he played for 8 seasons.  He also began instructing at several camps and clinics in Mass and New Hampshire, including the Stevie B Baseball Clinic and the Hit ‘N Run Baseball Clinic.

Matt Bouchard, Director of Baseball Operations, NH Prospects said “We are thrilled to be able to add Rick to our already impressive roster of coaches and coordinators.  We had the opportunity to add Rick to the staff and we couldn’t pass it up.  His playing experience and success at the Collegiate Level is going to benefit the Prospects Players, not only with his hitting program, but also with his first hand knowledge of the commitment it takes to play at the next level”

Rick Aldrich, NH Prospects Hitting Coordinator added “I am very excited to get started with the Prospects.  Their mission of providing a structured and focused program specifically for athletes that desire to play in college is a huge draw.  Getting to work with hard working, dedicated and committed baseball talent is very appealing, and I can’t wait to get started.”

Rick will be providing the overall leadership and direction of the Prospects hitting program and will be available for private and semi-private lessons.
