FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The New Hampshire Prospects Baseball Club is proud to announce the addition of Justin Soryal, Founder & Owner of Roots Athletic Development, as our new Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 2018-2019 Season!
Justin saw first hand in his professional hockey career that the difference between those who made it to the next level and those who did not was their work ethic. Soryal, a former New York Rangers and Carolina Hurricanes Prospect, Ontario Hockey League (Peterborough Petes) and American Hockey League Player (Hartford Wolfpack & Charlotte Checkers) uses his experience and knowledge to help athletes achieve the highest levels of performance. Justin is certified by the American Council of Exercise in Athletic Training, and has put together a baseball specific and age specific training program for our players.
"I am really excited to be working with the high level athlete that will be playing in the Prospects organization. I have put together a baseball specific workout program for off season, pre season & in season that will help them develop and maintain maximum performance, while also building the strength, endurance and quickness needed to be successful."
Matt Bouchard, Director of Baseball Operations for the Prospects added “In keeping with our mission of preparing the student athletes that play in our organization for the collegiate level, we are very excited to add Justin and Roots Athletic Development to our coaching and coordinator staff. This is yet another aspect of out program that our rostered players will benefit from and will help them as they prepare to play at the next level."
All players in the program will receive weekly workouts at Roots Athletic Development, 290 West River Road, Hooksett, NH, as well as a phone app that will enable workouts to be done at home.
