The New Hampshire Prospects Baseball Club is proud to announce a partnership with Ryan Leahy and Recruiting Edge Baseball for the 2018-2019 Season. The New Hampshire Prospects mission is to help the serious college minded student athlete develop both on and off the field, as well as help navigate the camp/showcase and complex recruiting process, and Ryan will be a huge asset to our NHPBC Players.
Ryan is not only a former Division 1 baseball player & coach, a player & scout in the Los Angeles Angels organization, and the Angels 2017 scout of the year, he has also helped hundreds of kids in the area, both with his consulting work, and through his Fall Instructional Scout team get recruited by colleges. Current and former consulting and Scout Team clients include 1st round draft pick Grant Lavigne (Bedford High School, Colorado Rockies), Bryce Reagan (Souhegan High School, IMG Academy, Texas Longhorns), Jackson Gillis (Wilmington High School, Vanderbilt University) among countless others.
Ryan will provide a program wide seminar with all NH Prospects players and parents in September and again in early February. The session will focus on the recruiting process, do’s and don’ts, Showcase and Camp advice and a question and answer session. Ryan will also offer subsequent evaluations to players to determine fit for potential consulting and Scout Team participation.
Matt Bouchard, Director of Baseball Operations: “Partnering with Ryan and Recruiting Edge Baseball is a big deal for our players and parents. The mission of the Prospects Baseball Club is not only centered around development, training, performance and character on and off the field, but also providing the access and resources players and their families need to navigate and understand the complex recruiting process. Ryan is a huge asset and will provide tremendous value to our players. We couldn’t be more excited to be working with him”
Ryan Leahy Recruiting Edge Baseball “I believe in honesty in assessing both player’s ability, their deficiencies, their strengths, what they need to work on, and where they stand in the recruiting process. I understand the recruiting process and have the connections and the knowledge to help players both on the field and off. I can also help parents save a lot of money by avoiding expensive camps and showcases that aren’t worth attending. The Prospects organization shares these values, and I am happy to be partnering with them to help their players”
